Bianca Kiso was born in Romania, 1988. She lives and works in Wels, Austria.
She works as a self-taught artist in the encaustic technique. The method of burning the chosen color pigments on their respective surfaces by means of heated beeswax allows the works of art to be preserved for eternity. Bianca Kiso has been dedicated to all facets of encaustic painting for many years. Through the challenging technique, the artist experiences constant ups and downs and works her very personal experiences and motivations thematically into the paintings and deals with existential philosophical questions.
Her works are exhibited nationally and internationally in galleries, art fairs, and museums and are represented in private and public collections such as the Art Collection of the Province of Upper Austria, the Angerlehner Museum Collection, the Traun City Collection, and the Malaysian Art Collection.
