Jomar Bragança was born in Itabira and lives in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. He has a degree in architecture from UFMG (1998) and has worked as a photographer, editor, and graphic design, for over 25 years, in the national and international markets.
Owner of DPI Editora, responsible for the publication of the books Interiores I, II and III (2002-2007), Garden Hill Arquitetura (2006), Classic Cars in Minas Gerais (2008). Photographer and photo editor for books: Lojas – Arquitetura, APCultural (1992), Vertical Architecture, AP Cultural (1992), Raffaello Berti Architect – Projeto Memória, AP Cultural (2000) Photographer of books: Leopoldo Martins – Esculturas (2009) and Luis Carlos Orsini – Paisagismo (2008) Photographer and photo editor for AP Arquitetura magazine (1994 to 1997). Official photographer of the events Casa Cor Minas Gerais (1995 to 2010), São Paulo (2001 to 2003), Rio de Janeiro (2001 and 2002), Bahia (2000), Goiás (2001) and Mato Grosso (2000, 2001, 2002 and 2004). Contributor to the English magazine Wallpaper and the national magazines: Casa Vogue, Design, Architecture and Construction, Casa Cláudia, Architecture and Urbanism and ArqDesign, among others.
